I was briefed to create social content that would remind small business owners of FedEx’s amazing hub technology during peak season – a particularly chaotic and stressful time for business owners.

THE SOLUTION

With “oddly satisfying” videos taking over social media, we created a series of satisfying animations – designed to show off FedEx’s amazing hub, while also offering a mindful escape for stressed out business owners.

The first post received positive reviews and received over 1M impressions in the first 24 hours. The following 3 videos followed, and garnered similar results. Overall, FedEx experienced the most positive sentiment and engagement for a peak season campaign ever.
