Following the success of the Ultimate Delivery the year before, we were asked to promote FedEx’s brand partnership with the ATP (Men’s Tennis) and reward fans with tickets to the Nitto ATP Finals at The 02 in a new and exciting way.
We worked with a mobile game developer to design a game that would entice tennis fans with a competitive spirit. We wanted the game to be easy enough for anyone to play, but tricky enough to get people to come back for more.
We created a Guitar Hero style game, with players hitting tennis balls at increasing speed. Twitter bots reminded players to give their top score another go. Once again, we broke our previous record with high engagement numbers and numerous competition entries.
