Adios 2017. Bonjour 2018.
First things first. You’ve heard very little from me over the past few months, I know. It’s partially because moving countries is actually really hard (surprise, surprise), but also because I’ve been feeling less than motivated to be creative or even share my experiences so far. I will eventually, I promise.
So much has happened in the past few months, yet I feel as though I’ve barely scratched the surface of my to-do list. I’ve decided not to be too hard on myself about it because at the end of the day, all of these kinks will eventually work themselves out and I’ll be able to relax and make the most of my time on this crazy planet.
In other news, the annual reset button has been pushed and 2018 is now upon us. (Crazy, right? 2017 has been my quickest year yet, and now I’m scared that the remainder of my life is set to flash before my eyes at the same pace.)
Chances are, you’ve decided to set some intentions or goals for the upcoming year. I know I have. Whether you want to stick to regular sleeping patterns, take more time for yourself or learn something new – let 2018 be a year of self-love, in every way possible.
I drew up a little goal-setting printable to get you started. Something very basic. It doesn’t ask for any great commitments or elaborate planning. It’s a very simple “I want to do this” and “this is what I can do to help it along”.
